Project: Serrano Luxurious Living Apartments
The Serrano Luxurious Living Apartments project is a mechanical and plumbing system that we engineered and designed. It includes a VRV heat recovery system (52 tons), mechanical systems with ceiling mounted cassette heads w/fresh air kits, and wall mounted units. It also includes make-up air and exhaust systems (for all 37 units) as well as a garage exhaust system. The plumbing includes a complete personalized design for 37 apartment units and all plumbing fixtures.
